The Standard 2D Plot through Depth option is used to plot a set of output parameters as a function of depth in the pavement system. Standard 2D plots are generated with a freely distributable version of DPlot Jr (http://www.dplot.com/other.htm#junior) that is packaged with EverStressFE. The user can choose to plot Normal Strains (exx, eyy, and ezz), Shear Strains (gxy, gyz, and gzx), or Displacements (Ux, Uy, Uz). These plots can be generated at any plan-view coordinate. The plan view coordinates can be manually selected in the input boxes. The other option is to use the figure in the Graphics tab at the bottom of the Results tab. The user can click anywhere on the plan-view region shown and the corresponding modeling coordinates are selected. The point is indicted by a "+" symbol and the tire contact region is also shown for reference.
