Mr. Manion has been employed by the University of Maine since
1992. He manages the civil and environmental engineering
laboratories , as well as being active in geotechnical and
structural research. Will currently teaches
CIE 366 Soils
Laboratory and
CIE 111 Materials
Laboratory, and has an active part in web development for
the department and campus.
